GOAL The main goal was to encourage more submissions from top tier talent.

adfellows is an 8-month fellowship program that rotates participants through different roles at top companies within the marketing and advertising industry. My role involved leading the rebranding and visual campaign to increase awareness among young professionals starting out in their careers.
